Check-in begins at 4pm. We provide a seamless self-check-in experience via smart lock. You will receive your unique access code and detailed entry instructions 48 hours before your arrival.

Yes, we offer free parking for our guests. You can park in the parking lot. Please ensure you only use the assigned space to avoid any issues with neighbors or local regulations.

We are a pet-friendly home. If you are bringing a furry friend, please let us know in advance. We ask that pets stay off the furniture and that you use the designated outdoor area provided for them.

To respect our neighbors and the peaceful local community, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum during these times.

Our apartments are strictly non-smoking indoors to maintain a fresh environment for all guests. You are welcome to smoke in the balcony, provided you dispose of cigarette butts properly in the provided trays.

We provide all the basics for a comfortable stay, including high-speed Wi-Fi, fresh linens, one towel per guest, and a starter supply of soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. Our kitchen is also equipped with coffee maker, pots, pans and general kitchen utensils for your use.

Yes! We cater to digital nomads with fast and reliable Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace. The desk is located in the living area and includes easy access to power outlets for your devices.

Checkout is by 11:00 AM to allow our cleaning team to prepare for the next guests. We ask that you simply load the dishwasher, take out the trash, place used towels in the hamper, and ensure all lights and AC units are turned off.
